A music business copilot for indie artists
How do you empower 7M+ indie musicians to diversify their income & industry acumen?
For my Master's graduate project, my goal was to support early-to-mid career music artists in building and leading independent careers successfully.
I researched the industry landscape and hosted workshops with Savannah-based musicians to ideate concepts, which shaped the digital product, service-business model, and go-to-market plan.
